How to use this chart

Choose the reward together.

Pick something the whole family shares: choosing the Thanksgiving dessert, the movie for the long weekend, a special breakfast the morning after.

Check the days at dinner.

Go round the table each evening and color the circles together. Saying it out loud is half the gratitude.

Add up every Sunday.

Write the week’s total in “This week” and carry it to “So far.” Three good weeks should reach the goal by Nov 26.

Keep it positive.

This chart has no deductions on purpose. It’s about noticing the good, not counting the bad.

Rather not tape paper to the fridge?

Compass is the app version of this chart. Kids check their own days on their phone, a parent approves with a tap, and the jar fills toward the goal. Every habit and point value is editable. 14 days free, then $4.99/month for the whole family.
